Osteo Connect is a complex nutraceutical sachet containing chondroitin, glucosamine and green-lipped mussel (GLM) powder, one of the best natural sources of omega 3 fatty acids.

As InnoVet scours the world for the latest innovations and technologies to ensure we are consistently at the cutting edge of product development, sometimes it is necessary to look back at older techniques that have been finetuned over hundreds of years. In 2023, we travelled to Nepal to discover the production method and suitability of the ‘chhurpi’, or a yak cheese chew, as a nutritive and enrichment-providing pet treat.

During our travels we were introduced to the Women’s Skills Development Organization (WSDO), a non-profit Fair Trade organisation that has been working since 1975 to empower women who face difficult and significant social and economic hardships — being differently abled, abused, widowed, divorced, single, orphaned or of marginalised castes.

As a Fair Trade organization, WSDO ensures fair wages and production processes that minimize environmental impacts by using local and raw materials along with eco-friendly dyes. They also provide training and education, creating the foundations of self-sufficiency, self-esteem and happiness.
